I tried the FG Ramen with pork and the creaminess of the broth was exceptional. Also the noodles. I did miss a bit more of salt and the egg was too soft for my taste (even the egg white was undercooked), but overall a great lunch experience.

The tasting menu of 8 dishes was really a little more than my wife and I could comfortably eat, we did our best though. Everything beautifully presented, and good wine pairings too. The only dish I didn't love was the white chocolate ravioli filled with foiegras and topped with a spoonful of caviar and olive oil. Sadly the oil pushed it over the edge into just to much. Service of friendly and well informed, seeing is tastefully decorated with really nice chairs.

I was here with my husband for Mother’s Day 2019. Having been to many Michelin starred places since I have to say this one is my favorite. Not only was the food and wine delicious and inventive, it was also really fun. We were there for over four hours , never a dull moment. Also the bartender was great.

Fantastic dishes, different tastes on the one table. Also you may try unusual food like bone marrow and chips from chicken skin.

Absolutely amazing food!! This "little brother" of the 2* FG restaurant neighbouring it definitely earns its own spot. The more experimental dishes such as the in gin marinated salmon are really special. Paired with some excellent wines, the 7 courses we had were all designed and made to perfection. Two of the courses were desserts which was maybe a bit too much, but that may be personal preference. The staff was super friendly, and although they were super professional and polite there was a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Sitting at "chef's table" with a beautiful view into the kitchen was also a unique experience. It was amazing to see with how much care they composed all the dishes. In conclusion definitely worth the visit for some special occasions!

Gorgeous food in the most surprising combinations along with good wines. If your up for a sensation in taste, this is where you want to go. Excellent service and a really nice chef.

Absolute amazing dining experience here. We tried the five course Chef special and we're pleasantly surprised by the dishes - each crafted with care and we'll thoughtful. The servers were helpful and charming. The interior is warm and cozy which makes this place not pretentious. Except stunning food and a memorable dining experience

Now this is one of the best places we have ever eaten. It is less than 10 min. walk from Rotterdam Central Station which makes this a good and easy access location. The hospitality, the ambiance, the friendly staff it is all just perfect. While this is indeed a Michelin star restaurant ... somehow we felt very comfortable. The 5 course menu was what we selected and this truly was a culinary experience. Between the courses, some amuses were served and per dish a perfect selected wine. It was not just the presentation of the dishes, but the combination of flavors that was just amazing. We love to come back for more ;-))
